Chinese military hacked into Pentagon

Are humans born warfreak? War is very common in computer games, be it online or offline. Now we are in a new level of war which involves two giant country. They are not only giant in terms of size, they are also giant in technology.
As reported here, the Chinese military successfully hacked last June into a Pentagon computer network prompting Pentagon to shutdown a part of the computer system.
Hackers from numerous locations in China spent several months probing the Pentagon system before overcoming its defences according to people familiar with the matter, the report says.
Not only Pentagon, there are also reports of Chinese infiltration of German government computers.
Will this result in a Cyber World War I?
