AMD R680 pic and some specs

Expreview has a clear photo of R680. The GPU is covered by a large copper-based-aluminum-fin and a big fan.
They say that both cores’ frequency are 777MHz, the same as HD 3870’s. And R680 is using 1GB GDDR3 memory. Their source indicate that the retail version’s frequency is still unidentified.
It is really a big card.
